Technical elements such as storage and hosting servers, development tools and technologies are exacted. These two key pieces then put together in a document that is approved by the customer.

Build or Buy

The options to deliver the solution are evaluated that include both off-the-shelf e-commerce products and platforms and the option to develop the solution completely, or in-part, in-house. The final decision is made based on business, financial, technical and operational aspects of the solution.

Implement

After the build or buy decision, the solution is either delivered by implementing an off-the-shelf e-commerce platform, such as Shopify and Magento, or developed in-house by a team of experienced e-commerce developers. The system delivered embodies the elements defined in the solution document.
