Requirement Gathering

This is the most important phase for custom software development. Our business analysts work with you to discover, identify, list out and prioritize the requirements the anticipated software system must meet. The requirements gathered are analyzed for correctness, relevance, and alignment to the short and long-term business goals.

Architecture and Design

Software architects and system designers define the architecture and low-level design for the desired software system including database. At this stage wireframes for key screens, UI screens based on approved wireframes, and clickable prototype for the solution are made. The designs are presented to the real users for feedback and further improvements

Development & Testing

Development and testing go side by side. The engineers write code to develop finalized features and the testers test the code on a regular basis to make sure the development is in right direction and achieves project goals with minimal waste and greatest quality. The features that get internal approval are then presented to real users for testing with real data and feedback for further improvements.

Delivery

Once the users give green signal to the final end-product after development, the software systems are prepared for production and delivery. As and when allowed, we work with you to transfer old data, if any, and train the users for the first time use.

Maintainence and further developments

As the saying goes, the systems don't remain in operations themselves, they must be kept in operations. We provide services for maintenance post-delivery and new features development as business environment changes.
